These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of cenergyconsulting.com (the "Site"), operated by Cenergy Consulting LLC ("Cenergy," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site — including the Selected Experience narratives, the Cenergy Framework, or any other content — constitutes financial, legal, tax, investment, or other professional advice, nor does it create an advisory or client relationship of any kind. Any such relationship is established only through a separate, signed engagement agreement.
Nothing on the Site is, or should be construed as, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or investment product, or an offer of any regulated brokerage or investment banking service. We aim to keep the Site accurate and current, including the experience narratives and figures described in Selected Experience, but we make no warranty that all content is complete, current, or error-free. Some experience narratives are anonymized or presented at an aggregate level to protect client confidentiality; where noted, figures are approximate.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
